RAMADAN GOODWILL MESSAGE AND SECURITY ADVISORY FROM THE AIG, ZONE 7

The Assistant Inspector-General of Police, Zone 7 Headquarters, AIG Victor Olaiya, psc(+), warmly extends his heartfelt Ramadan wishes to all officers and men of Zone 7 Police Headquarters, their families and the good people of the Federal Capital Territory and Niger State.

As we observe this sacred month of fasting, reflection and devotion, he prays that Ramadan brings peace to our homes, renewed strength in our service, divine blessings upon our land and greater unity within our communities. May this holy period strengthen the bonds of harmony, tolerance and compassion among us all.

While wishing everyone a spiritually fulfilling Ramadan, the AIG emphasizes the need for heightened vigilance and cooperation with the Police throughout the period and beyond. Residents are urged to remain security-conscious, particularly at prayer grounds, mosques, markets, recreational centers and other public gatherings during Iftar, Jummah and Taraweeh prayers.

Residents of FCT and Niger are encouraged to promptly report any suspicious movement, unattended items, or security concerns to the nearest Police Station. In cases of emergency, the following Control Room numbers are available for immediate response:
