The NYSC CDS group on Culture and Tourism is seeking actively collaboration with the Niger State Government for the development of Tourism sites across the State.
The leader of the CDS group, Modupe O Ruth disclosed this during a courtesy visit of the group to Permanent Secretary, Niger State Ministry of Culture and Tourism in Minna the State Capital.
She said that the CDS group was at the Ministry to officially intimate them of their intention to run a Sensitization campaign to the Tourism sites across the State.
According to her, the Sensitization visit to the Tourism sites will provide benefits such improved safety awareness, cultural preservation and a development of responsible Tourism sector.
Responding, the Permanent Secretary of Niger State Ministry of Culture and Tourism , Mallam Habib Abdulkadir commended the bold initiative of the CDS group and assured them of Farmer Governor Mohammed Umar Bago’s administration support.
Speaking further, he said that the sensitization campaign will go a long way to repositioned the Tourism sector in line with the New Niger Agenda of Farmer Governor Mohammed Umar Bago’s administration.
