

A significant cache of logistics supplies suspected to belong to Boko Haram terrorists have been uncovered by Troops of Operation Hadin Kai and Civil Joint Task Force (CJTF) along the Damasak–Kareto road in northern Borno State.
The discovery according to Zagazola Makama was made around 11:15 a.m. on 21 November 2025 during a routine patrol along the main supply route.
The abandoned stockpile was found at Mamu Goni Bukarti, a known corridor frequently exploited by insurgents for movement and supply operations.
Recovered items include 12 blankets, six small cooking pots, 18 bottles of 4-litre Ammasco engine oil, 60 bottles of 1-litre gear oil, eight packs of welding electrodes, 49 cutting wheels, 16 packs of zinc nails, 24 bottles of oil treatment, 15 packs of fish hooks, five bundles of rubber slippers, 20 tricycle rims, and a grinding machine engine.
Additional materials seized were four 5-litre containers of vegetable oil, multiple cartons and bags of assorted nails, 12 shovels, 12 baby mattresses, baby clothing, three bundles of fan belts, plate sets, 12 towels, 11 rolls of 30-yard fabric, and a weighing scale.
The military confirmed that all recovered items are now in their custody for further investigation and necessary action.
