The Nigerian Army have pinpointed the location of 25 schoolgirls kidnapped earlier this week Girls Comprehensive Secondary School, Maga in Danko, Wasagu Local Government Area of Kebbi State.
The Minister of State for Defence, Bello Matawalle, made this announcement during a chat with Newsmen recently in Birnin- Kebbi the State Capital.
The Defence Minister stated that security forces are advancing with caution to ensure the safe recovery of the victims, while operations in the surrounding areas continue to tighten the cordon around the kidnappers.
The abduction adds to recent incidents across northern states, heightening pressure on security agencies and state authorities to deliver swift results.
