HON. SONFADA  PLEDGES 1000 FEDERAL GOVERNMENT JOBS FOR YOUTHS IN EDATI, LAVUN AND MOKWA FEDERAL CONSTITUENCY.

Hon. Alhassan Sonfada Kudu, an All Progressives Congress (APC) aspirant for Lavun, Edati, and Mokwa Federal Constituency, has promised to redefine political representation in the area if elected in the 2027 general elections.

Speaking with newsmen in Minna, Niger State, the financial consultant described his ambition as a “divine mandate” to wipe away the tears of his people and change the narrative of neglect and poor representation.

According to him, beyond lawmaking, a legislator must lobby for projects, yet the constituency has seen no tangible development in the last three years.

He assured that, if elected, he would lobby for over 1,000 employment opportunities in federal parastatals and multinational companies for his constituents.

“As a young man, I understand how government works and will leverage my knowledge, contacts, and relationships to create jobs,” he said.

Hon. Kudu also promised to introduce skills acquisition and entrepreneurship programmes for non-graduates to promote self-reliance, while prioritizing local and foreign scholarships to develop human capital.

He highlighted the constituency’s untapped human, natural, and agricultural potentials, pledging to use legislative instruments to attract relevant agencies for economic development.

He further noted the lack of good roads, healthcare, educational facilities, and portable water, assuring that he would lobby for infrastructure development.

“If I could help secure funds for road construction under Talba’s administration while working with multinationals, I will do even more for my people when given the political platform,” he added.
