Unknown Gunmen dressed in black have abducted a State High Court judge, Justice Ebiyerin Omukoro, in Yenagoa, the Bayelsa State capital.
The judge was seized around 7:00 p.m. on Saturday by the assailants who arrived in a white Hilux van in front of a popular eatery along Chief Melford Okilo Expressway.
It will be recalled that similarly dressed men allegedly invaded the residence of Oyins Egrenbido, a broadcast journalist and business manager of Silverbird Communications.
A video seen by SaharaReporters shows the judge being forcefully dragged into the white Hilux by the gunmen.
As of the time of this report, the Bayelsa State Police Command has yet to issue an official statement on the incident.
