The Personal Assistant to former Governor of Nasarawa State , Sen. Tanko Al-Makura, has been kidnapped by unknown Gunmen suspected to be bandits
A security expert, Zagozola Makama who made the disclosure said that the Personal Assistant identified as Alhaji Adamu was abducted in his home on Aug. 15 around 3:40am at No. 45 Alkali Street, Lafia.
“Eyewitness accounts confirmed that the victim was taken away by unknown persons,” he said.
Sources said the Anti-Kidnapping Squad, and other tactical units were immediately drafted to track the criminal elements and rescue the victim.
Meanwhile, authorities have assured that all efforts are underway to ensure Alhaji Adamu’s safe release and bring the perpetrators to justice.
