NIGERIAN YOUTH PARLIAMENT: NIGER COMMISSIONER FOR YOUTH AND SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT PARTICIPATES , REAFFIRMS COMMITMENT TO YOUTH – FOCUSED POLICIES.

In a symbolic show of commitment to youth inclusion in governance, the Niger State Commissioner for Youth and Social Development, Hon. Jacob Baba Yisa, today attended and addressed the Nigerian Youth Parliament sitting emerging as the only Commissioner nationwide to personally honour the parliamentary session.

The Youth Parliament, a structured platform designed to simulate legislative processes and amplify the voices of young people in governance, convened to deliberate on issues affecting youth development, civic responsibility and policy advocacy in the State.

Addressing the young parliamentarians, the Commissioner emphasized that his presence was not ceremonial but a deliberate demonstration of the Ministry’s solidarity with youth-driven governance and participatory leadership.

He however reaffirmed the unwavering support of Farmer Governor Mohammed Umar Bago’s administration towards the development of Youths in Niger State
