The APC/Renewed Hope Support Group Council, North Central Zone, has called on other support groups to be totally committed towards the re-election bid of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu during the 2027 general election.
While speaking during the Press conference held at BSO complex Minna, the Deputy Director General of the Renew Hope Support Group Council, Alhaji Lameen Aliyu described the hitch – free APC convention as a clear demonstration of the party’s commitment to democratic ideals and the strengthening of its internal processes.
He noted that the peaceful conduct of party congresses across the country including the National Convention underscores the APC’s maturity as a political institution and its readiness to consolidate gains ahead of forthcoming electioneering period.
Aliyu, who applauded the newly constituted APC National Executives, expressed confidence in their capacity to reposition the APC for greatness.
He, however, pledged his unwavering support to the Council, assuring the members across the North Central Zone that he would intensify efforts to mobilise for the required support from Government.
The Council further highlighted its alignment with Farmer Governor Mohammed Umar Bago’s vision noting that the New Niger Development Agenda is a critical pathway for delivering democracy’s dividends
According to the group, collaborating with the critical stakeholders at the state and national levels is essential to drive sustainable growth and improve citizen welfare .
Describing the Renewed Hope Agenda as a clarion call for national rebirth, Alhaji Aliyu urged Nigerians to actively participate in building a prosperous and inclusive society. He emphasised collective responsibility, highlighting that meaningful development can only be achieved through unity, loyalty, and sustained commitment to governance reforms.
The Council also used the platform to call for continuous prayers and support for leaders at all levels, noting that wisdom, courage, and visionary leadership are critical to navigating the country’s current challenges.
However, the members of APC support Groups have assured that they would continue to mobilise citizens, strengthen party structures, and contribute meaningfully to national development efforts.
The press conference concluded with a renewed call for unity and collective action, as the Council reiterated its belief in the potential of the Renewed Hope Agenda to transform Nigeria’s socio-economic landscape.
