SUPPORT BAGO’S ADMINISTRATION, HON RABBA CHARGES NIGERLITES…

The Deputy Chairman of the Niger State All Progressives Congress (APC), Hon. Zakariyau Umar Rabba,

has called on people of the State to support Governor Mohammed Umar Bago’s administration as he works to reposition the state for greatness.

Hon. Zakariyau Umar Rabba, made this appeal during a chat with Newsmen in Minna, the state capital.

He praised Governor Bago’s leadership, stating that his “New Niger Agenda” has become a shining example of effective governance with remarkable achievements across all sectors.

He described Bago as the best-performing governor in Nigeria, citing significant developments in agriculture, infrastructure, healthcare, and education.

According to Hon. Zakariyau, Governor Bago has transformed agriculture from subsistence to industrial scale, cultivating over 250,000 hectares of land, procuring 3000 tractors, and providing wide-ranging support to farmers, leading to a decrease in agricultural produce prices across the state.

In infrastructure development, he said the governor has turned Niger State into a massive construction site with urban renewal projects and the construction of 5km roads across all 25 local government areas.

” The remodeling of IBB Specialist Hospital and the ongoing construction of 100 primary health centers are notable achievements of his administration, ” Rabba stated. .

Hon. Zakariyau also highlighted the educational policies of Governor Bago’s administration, which have revamped the sector to provide quality, affordable, and accessible education to all residents.

” Additionally, the implementation of a retirees’ medical insurance package and approval of an ₦80,000 minimum wage for state civil servants are significant strides made by the administration, ” the state APC deputy chairman maintained

Hon. Zakariyau then called on the people of Niger State to continue supporting Governor Mohammed Umar Bago as the 2027 general election approaches, citing his impactful leadership and remarkable achievements.
